She was predeceased by: her parent John J. Tobin; her sibling John C. Tobin; her husband William C. Blackwell; and her son Jeffrey (late Susan) of Standish. She is survived by: her granddaughter Courtney; her parent Emily Crotty Tobin; and her sons, William B. Blackwell (Paula) of Edinburg, N. Y. and Chris Blackwell of Albany. She is also survived by her eight grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
