With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Thomas J. Cairns of Albany, New York, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Cairns and Margaret Cairns (Dunn); his siblings, Bob Cairns and Margaret Cairns Lozano; and his nephew Gary Lozano.
He is survived by: his friend Bill W.; his brother Reverend John Cairns; and his nieces and nephews, James Lozano (Mary), Sharon Lozano Montagne, Michael Lozano, Lynne Lozano Commisso (Bill), Lisa Lozano Kruzinski (Dennis) and Erin Lozano Odorisio (John). He is also survived by one grandnieces and nephews and eight great-grandnieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Dufresne & Cavanaugh Funeral Home (149 Old Loudon Rd, Latham, NY 12110). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
