He is survived by: his sister Sue; his parents, Elizziebell Dayter Blau Joly and Henry Joly; and his siblings, James Edward Blau, Catherine Carbonello (Mary), Justine Cook of Albany, Thomas Blau (Patricia Carcia) of Loudonville and Rick Joly Stegmann (Nina Valente) of Valatie. He is also survived by sisters, Rodger had many uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
