He was predeceased by: his parents, Ted Humphreys and Betty Humphreys (Theiss); and his sister Barbara. He is survived by: his daughter Katy; his wife Lora; his sons, John (Sara) and James (Kristina); his grandchildren, Vincent, Nicholas, Brennan, Isla Rose, Matthew and Celine; his siblings, Gary (Sue), Patti and Diane; and his sisters-in-law, Nancy (Ken) and Susan. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
