He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Roeber and Josephine Roeber (Froelich); his former wife Caroline; his sister Cheryl; and his sister-in-law Denise.

He is survived by: his significant other Antoinette Cristo; his siblings, Gary, Paul (Katie), Vicky (Brad) and Michelle; his brother-in-law Sean (Annie); his children, Phil Jr. (Rachel), Kimberly (Danny) and Scott (Dawn); his grandchildren, Jake, Skylar (Serina), Adam, Korey, Olivia, Josh (Taylor), Ava, Anthony and Alesiana; his great grandchildren, Wyatt and Parker; and also, Tom (Regina) and Philomena (Ken). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews.

Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Keyser Funeral & Cremation Service - Kingston (326 Albany Ave, Kingston, NY 12401). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at the Wiltwyck Cemetery West O'Reilly.
