He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Albany and Veronica McGowan; his aunt Ruth; his uncle Joe Bosco; his wife Maureen (Mormile); his children, Brandon, Caitlin (Jonathan Vaughn) and Paul; his close friend Maria (Frank Blake); and his sisters, Georgia (Ralph Pape) and Cindy (James Devine).
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cannon Funeral Home (2020 Central Ave, Albany, NY 12205). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the St. Pius X Church (23 Crumitie Rd, Loudonville, NY 12211).
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, contributions be made to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.
