With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Paul E. Ducharme of Albany, New York, born in Taunton, Massachusetts, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Eli Ducharme and Annette Ducharme; his wife Kathleen Quinlivan Ducharme; his son Brian Ducharme; and his sibling Jean King.
He is survived by: his daughter Stephanie Cappuccitti (Billy Selig); his sibling Claire Burchell (Bill); his grandchildren, Kristina Cappuccitti (Brian) and Matthew Cappuccitti (Teyana); and his great grandchildren, Eli and Kai.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 7th 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Cannon Funeral Home (2020 Central Ave, Albany, NY 12205). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 7th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
