He was predeceased by: his father Nicholas A. Piterniak, Jr.; and his son Brandon A. Piterniak. He is survived by: his mother Rosanne M. Bylo Piterniak of Albany; and his siblings, Robin M. DeLorenzo (late Stephen) of Cohoes, William T. Piterniak (JoAnne) of Cohoes, Laurie A. LaDue (late Donald) of Schenectady and Kelly J. Roberts (Ernest) of Cohoes. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
