He was predeceased by: his mother Linda D. Dushane. He is survived by: his father Michael J Welch; his daughter Aqquilaa Smith; and his siblings, Bernard Welch and Tonya Clas (Thomas). He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the New Comer Cremations & Funerals (6 Empire Blvd, Rochester, NY 14609).
