Though Maureen Ann may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Maureen Ann touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her child Jaineen Patil-Thurber (Mark); her grandchildren, Justin Pabon (Margaret), Juliano Pabon (Malon), Francesca Palma (Avery) and Angelo Palma; her siblings, Eileen Walsh, Sharon Tomaszewski (Dan) and Brian Johnson (Daniel); and her spouse Francis McCune.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the McVeigh Funeral Home, Inc. (208 N Allen St, Albany, NY 12206). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception (125 Eagle St, Albany, NY 12202).
