She was predeceased by: her child Baby Brother Joseph Hayes; her parents, Edward Krzanik and Helen Zieba Krzanik of Albany; her sisters, Frances Krzanik Rudnicki (Stanley) of Albany and Dolores Krzanik Sureck (late Milton) of Davie, Florida.; and her siblings-in-law, Ann Hayes, James, Louise Hayes, Mary, Roger O'Connor, Clare and Joseph Reilly.
She is survived by: her husband John J. Hayes; her daughter Patricia Hayes (Patty) of Toronto; and her sibling Jean C. Ryan. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
