We are sad to announce that on September 10, 2024, at the age of 90, Mary A. Della Rocca of Albany, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Mary farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Mary is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Pagano and Josephine Donato Pagano; her spouse Francis "Frank" Della Rocca; and her sibling Blaise Pagano. She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Leigh McAvoy (Adam), Thomas Joseph McAvoy, Isabella McAvoy and Sophia McAvoy; and her sisters-in-law, Carole Pagano, Theresa Rice and Joan Paige.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 16th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Pius X Church (23 Crumitie Rd, Loudonville, NY 12211). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, September 16th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
