She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Maxwell and Helen Maxwell; her husband Lester Collins Jr.; her son Stephen Collins; her granddaughter Rebecca Collins; and her brother David Maxwell.
She is survived by: her children, Donald Collins (MaryAnn), Thomas Collins, Douglas Collins (Cheryl) and Karen Legge (Robert Delong); and her sisters, Arlene Vrooman and Doris Turlo. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren.
