He is survived by: his siblings, Buddy, Becky, Carol and Rob; his child Alysabeth (Alyssa); his grandchild Emileigh; his son-in-law Scott Roberts; his wife Lisa M. Colombe VanBramer; his daughter Alyssa; his grandchildren, Emi and Kaiden; his aunts, Annie LaMere and Violet Clark; his nieces and nephews, Joee Daley, Dustin Bromback and Unique Davis; his cousins, Billy Shell, Tom French, Steven LaMere, Arthur Coogan and Chad Darwesh; his uncles, Roger, Fred LaMere and Butch Shell; his aunt Sally Shell; his sister Florence Davis; his close friend Marguerite; his pet Spirit; and also, Elaine F. LaMere, Sandy Kesting, John Pivacek, Courtney Shickle, Jordyn Albee and Hailee Albee-Tisdale.
Kelvin retired in 2021 after working through the height of COVID, right before he helped his daughter give birth to his only grandchild, Emileigh.
