He is survived by: his sons, Patrick Fagan (Sherri), Joseph Fagan, Jr. and Mark Fagan (Geraldine); his grandchildren, Joseph Fagan, III (Julie) and Alexandra Fagan; his great grandchildren, Lilly, Joseph, IV, Benjamin and Nora; and his sister Ann Brown.
