He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Burnett and Mary Skiba Burnett; his wife Emma Burnett; and his siblings, Ann Busta, Joan Wheeler and Frank Burnett.
He is survived by: his children, Cynthia (Anthony), John Jr. and Tina (Pete); his grandchildren, Anthony Jr., Colleen (John), Tiffany, Kyle (Colleen), Michael, Paige, John Jake (Danielle) and Emma; his great grandchildren, Camren (Jamie), Valerie, Dylan, Brycen, Connor, Aviana, Kacie and Kirra; and his siblings, Mary Lou Hannan, Patty Ann Disisto and Eugene Burnett. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
