John Gerard Norton Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of John Gerard Norton (Albany, New York), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 20, 2024 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. "Skip" Norton and Florence Norton (Kross). He is survived by: his wife Carol Norton (Zacharewicz); his children, John (Beatty Schlueter) and Kristin (Matthew MacDonald); his brothers, James, Robert (Barbara) and Thomas (Kathy); and his siblings-in-law, Alice Zacharewicz, Stanley Zacharewicz (Linda) and John Puchalski (Nan). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, should family and friends desire, contributions may be made in Jack's name to a Parkinson's / Parkinsonism disease research foundation or local EMS organization of your choice.
