We are sad to announce that on July 16, 2023, at the age of 71, Joanne C. Majkut (Albany, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Dawson and DeGloris Dawson; her sister Kathleen Dawson Mengel; her niece Jamie Mengel; and her son-in-law Austin Flowers.
She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Flowers (Austin), Robert Majkut (Kristen), Michael Majkut (AnneMarie) and Kerry Majkut Brown (Jeff); her husband Robert J. Majkut; and her brother Michael Dawson (Gail). She is also survived by her 4 children, 9 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society, 3 Oakland Ave., Menands, NY 12204.
