We are sad to announce that on March 5, 2025, at the age of 85, Joan M. Benoit (Albany, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Harbinger and Mildred Harbinger; her husband George Benoit; and her sister Wilma King. She is survived by: her children, Bonnie Anson (Richard), John Benoit (Melissa), George Benoit (Lynn) and Kevin Benoit (Yeshica); her niece Barbara Geer; and her grandchildren, Christina, Jessie, Richard, Jennifer, Neely, Gracie, Nick, George Jr., Kevin, Keirshtian, Skyler and Savanna. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Joan's memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Association of NENY, 1003 New Loudon Road, Cohoes, NY 12047.
