She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Quinn and Erma Quinn (Brierton); her stepson Kurt Grunwald; and her former husband C. Duane Hensel, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Robert Ted Grunwald; her children, Robert C. Hensel, Barbara Capogna (Ray), Mary Pat Smolinski and Thomas D. Hensel; her stepchildren, Kim Forrester, Kerry Rogers (Rick) and Kyle Grunwald; her sister Patricia Weinert; and her caregivers, Michelle Andral, Veronica Stevenson, Jacqueline Bruton and Gina Grant. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Daniel Keenan Funeral Home (490 Delaware Ave, Albany, NY 12209). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the St. Francis of Assisi Parish (391 Delaware Ave, Albany, NY 12209).
