With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Janet Lynn Sanders in Albany, New York, born in Louisville, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 18, 2024. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Sanders and Willie Mae Sanders (Guinee). She is survived by: her significant other Jeannette Reheuser; and her pet Sammy. She is also survived by devoted and loving partner and a caring and generous friend.
She also enjoyed domestic travel, touring national parks and other places of natural beauty, as well as taking the opportunity to visit her many friends and relatives scattered throughout the U. S. Unfortunately, in recent years, Janet's travel was curtailed by the COVID pandemic and her chronic lung disease.
