As Janet departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Janet. Though Janet may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Margo Ryan Meissner and Lee F. Himmelberger; her brother Christopher Lenaghan; and her godmother Jeanette Bryce. She is survived by: her daughter Meghan Cyr (Jon Mack); her siblings, Marguerite Allardice (Scott Allardice) and Erik Himmelberger; and her niece Katy Paulsen (Dennis Paulsen). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St Jude's Children's Research Hospital, an organization Janet felt strongly about.
