He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Wallace and Margaret Wallace; his wife Judith Nelson; and his siblings-in-law, Patricia Wallace and Dean Nelson.
He is survived by: his children, Lori Wallace of Latham and Mike Wallace; his daughter-in-law Keri Mounce of Iowa City; his brother Warren Wallace of Chariton, Iowa; and his sisters-in-law, Diana Playle of Des Moines and Eileen Nelson of Adel, Iowa. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
