Howarth (Albany, New York), born in Queens, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 15, 2024 at the age of 74. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Steven Howarth and Maria Irirazorie Howarth; and his brother Edward Zahn Howarth. He is survived by: his wife Electa Howarth; his son Jeffrey Howarth; and his stepsons, Robert Hicks and Bryant Harris. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
