She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Montesano and Jane Montesano (Dottino); and her sister Annamae Scavullo. She is survived by: her children, Tanya Underwood (Don Byerly) and Kirk Underwood; her grandsons, Jake Frazier and Jackson Underwood; her sister Josephine Montesano; her nephews, Matthew Montesano (Karin) and Maurice Scavullo (Lynn); and her niece Erika Ellsworth (Dan Bushey). She is also survived by four great-nephews.
