She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Halpern; her daughter Susan Pfeffer; her sibling Mary Harris; and her parent Sophie Engelman. She is survived by: her children, Diane Rubtchinsky (Ira), Jodi Smith (Douglas) of Marblehead, MA, Sophia, Daniel, Stacy Kamer (Allen) of Ra'anana, Israel, Eliana, Maya, Nadav, Yoav, Jeffrey Rubtchinsky (Julie) of San Diego, CA, Hannah, Judith Halpern, Zachary Halpern (Ali) of Marblehead, MA, Jared (Sadie), Alex Halpern Levy of New York and Charise Pfeffer of Rhinebeck; her siblings, Nathan Engelman and Jack Engelman; and her parent Joseph Engelman. She is also survived by children, Grandchildren and Great-grandchildren, and she was looking forward to the anticipated birth of her tenth great-grandchild.
