He is survived by: his wife Fern Phillips; his children, Gary Phillips (Christine), Debra Breckenridge and Shelley Kisselback (late Michael); his brother Nathan Phillips; his grandchildren, Jennifer Kisselback (Sean Rivage), Rebbeca Lyon (Jesse), Brendan Kisselback (Victoria), Erin Riffe (Kyle) and Joshua Breckenridge; and his great grandchildren, Laurel, Lennox and Nevan.
