He was predeceased by: his father Edgar R. MacGregor, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother J. Carole MacGregor (O'Connor); his sister Ellen MacGregor; and his nephew Brian Powers (Moira Sherlock).
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Wm. J. Rockefeller Funeral Home, Inc. (165 Columbia Turnpike, Rensselaer, NY 12144). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Church of St. Mary at Clinton Heights (163 Columbia Turnpike, Rensselaer, NY 12144).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made in Ed's memory to the VA Hospital Dept. of Voluntary Services-Recreation 113 Holland Ave Albany, NY12208-3410.
