She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Conrad and Elizabeth Conrad; her brother Michael Conrad; her mother-in-law Anna Johnson; and her grandson Aiden T. Pugsley.
She is survived by: her husband William J. Johnson; her children, Dana Pugsley and Matthew Johnson; her grandchildren, McKenna Pugsley, Charlee Pugsley, Luca Johnson and Anthony Johnson; her sister Nancy Synder (Robert Conrad); and her sister-in-law Anne Marie Pigliavento (Carol Paniccia). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
