He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmelo Donato and Margaret Donato; and his wife Anne Marie Donato (Gilmartin). He is survived by: his children, Peggy Carroll (Michael), Chuck Donato (Teresa) and Joanne Dambrosio (Stephen); his grandchildren, Michael Carroll, Jessica Pizzuti (John), Conor Donato and Rylie Donato (Evan Barnett); and his great grandchildren, Johnny and Luca Pizzuti.
