We are sad to announce that on December 31, 2024, at the age of 75, Darlene A. Alexander in Albany, New York, born in Bainbridge, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Darwin Taft and Mable Beatrice Aldrich; and her sisters, Kathy Arend and Ellen Regan. She is survived by: her husband Charles Prewitt; her children, Michelle McAurther, Daniel Alexander and Tre Bonham; her siblings, Nancy Taft, Lois Thompson, Nancy Culver, Terry Taft, David Taft and Ricky Taft; her grandchildren, Calissa and Adalynn Alexander; and the father of her children Rickie Alexander. She is also survived by numerous cousins and close friends.

A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the City Church (97 Silver St, Norwich, NY 13815).
