We are sad to announce that on November 29, 2024, at the age of 77, Charles A. Skinkle (Albany, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Charles had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Charles may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his father Charles F. Skinkle; and his sister Katherine Richardson. He is survived by: his mother Genevieve Skinkle (Fitzpatrick); his wife Margaret; his children, Kim Lamphere, Charles Skinkle Jr. and Kirk Skinkle; his stepdaughters, Melissa A. Simione, Heather A. Beck and Sarah A. Thorpe; and his siblings, Janet T. Skinkle and Michael Skinkle (Michael W. Krahula). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the New Comer Cremations & Funerals (343 New Karner Rd, Colonie, NY 12205). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 6:30 PM at the same location.
