He is survived by: his spouse Anjanette Geddes Welch; his children, Nicole Welch (Courtney Cardamone), Brianna Campbell (Jeremiah), Jay Welch (Danielle) and Jaclyn Welch; and his sister Mary Burgess (Ed).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cannon Funeral Home (2020 Central Ave, Albany, NY 12205). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Blessed Sacrament Church (607 Central Ave, Albany, NY 12206). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Hibernian Hall, Ontario Street.
