He is survived by: his siblings, Consolacion Millora Labrador, Antonieta Millora Padua, Romeo Millora, Adolfo Millora, Virginia Millora Abello and Borromeo Millora, Jr.; his close friends, Salina "Gigi" (Randall Pratt), Rosanna "Rosette" (Bryan W. Brown), Clarinda "Rena" (Kenneth Robin) and Melissa "Lisa" (Scott Barbour); and his grandchildren, Quentin, Alexandra "Sasha" Millora-Brown, Jaelin, Alexei, Annika Robin and Jasmine "Jazzy" Millora Barbour.
His contributions to the field were recognized in 1997 when he was awarded Physician of the Year by the National Kidney Foundation.
