It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita L. Zybeck of Alabama, New York, who passed away on January 16, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Rita L. Zybeck to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, David Johnson and Louise Johnson (Huch); and her sister Dale Koch. She is survived by: her husband Eugene S. Zybeck; her children, Kimberly Dorman (Randy), Kyle Harris (Donna), Lisa Zybeck-Shultz (Jeff Gray) and Mark Zybeck (Fely); her grandchildren, Taylore Dorman (Hunter Peterson), Thomas Weichman (Melinda), Jonathan Harris (Kristen), Jennifer Harris and Michael Weichman; her great grandchildren, Skarlett, Amelia and Lucille; her sisters, Debra Johnson, Diane Christopher and Mary King (Tim); and her brother-in-law Charles Koch.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Burdett & Sanford Funeral Home (11 Maple Ave, Oakfield, NY 14125). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
