He was predeceased by: his grandmother Kae Smit; and his great-grandparents, John and Gertrude Dehaan. He is survived by: his parents, Ronald S. Kennedy and Karen L. Spaak Kennedy; his sister Ashley Crandall (John) of Meadville, PA; his grandmother Joyce VanDyke; his aunts, Diane Gee and Becky Lamberson (Ed); his uncle Larry Kennedy; his cousin Joshua Gee; and his close friend David T. Root of Tucson, AZ. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
