It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Laura J. Ackley of Alabama, New York, who passed away on May 4, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd H. Ackley and Leda Boser Ackley; and her siblings, Mary Foley, Henry Ackley, Wanda Bryer and George Ackley.

She is survived by: her siblings, Lloyd Ackley of Alabama, Rebecca Mortenson (John) of Sugar Grove, PA, Valerie Ackley of Allegany and Cynthia Lombardo (Wayne) of North Tonawanda. She is also survived by her family, especially her sisters.

Memorials may be made to an animal shelter of the donor's choice.
