He was predeceased by: his parents, Winford Cook and Verta Bell Cook; and his siblings, Johnnie McDowell, Elizabeth Solomon, Mary Lois Aaron, Alice Burnett and Arthur Cook.
He is survived by: his sister Renee; his mother-in-law Rosie Drake; his wife Cora Lee Cook (Drake); his children, William Cook, Gloria Zeigler and Renee Cook-King (Mark); his siblings, Bobbie Matthews (Levi) and Grady Cook; and his brother-in-law Clarence McDowell. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and many other family members and friends.
