He was predeceased by: his parents, Angus Cook and Gloria Cook (Gray). He is survived by: his close friend Deborah Caldwell; his children, Jared Gray of Akwesasne, Katelyn Cook (Andrew Espling) and Kara Cook (Braden Etherington) of Moose Factory, Ontario; his stepchildren, Dallas Caldwell and Dakota Caldwell of Akwesasne; his grandchildren, Symphonie, Sarabella Gray-Lazore, Auria, Jaxson Espling, Coen, Nial Etherington, Tenisha Caldwell, Kyiah King, Bronce, Stylez King, Ashtynn, Maelee, Bostin Caldwell and Dallas Caldwell Jr.; his siblings, Karen Tarbell (Basil) of Akwesasne, Karilyn Phillips of Akwesasne, Gary Cook (Caroline) of Kahnawake, Raymond and Bryan Cook (Debbie); his goddaughter Krystal Phillips; his niece Shawn Laughing; and his nephew Cary Cook. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
