He was predeceased by: his parents, Bessie Curtis and Kenneth Herne; his sons, Kenneth and Curtis; and his granddaughter Christeen Marie.
He is survived by: his wife Monica; his sons, Thomas (Lillian) and Jonathan (Jennifer); his stepsons, Mitch and Corey; his sister Debbie; his siblings-in-law, Scott and Michelle; his grandchildren, Austin (Natalie), Alexis, Kamry, Brennen, Curtis, Latesha, Kirsten, Dustin and Korri-Jo; and his great grandchildren, Elias, Brookleigh, Atticus, Nova, Kendryck, Kashdyn, Alaysia, Ariah, Aerilynne and Kreed.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cappiello-McKenzie and Cosgrove Funeral Home (2352 NY-37, Fort Covington, NY 12937).
