Priscilla Herne Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Priscilla Herne (Akwesasne, New York), who passed away on January 12, 2020 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Anabel Billings; her husband Larry J. Herne; her great grandchild Blake Thomas Peters; her brother Daniel Billings; her daughter-in-law Stella Jacobs-Herne; and her siblings-in-law, Rita Swamp, Millie Thompson, Earl, Robert Herne and William Pitts.
She is survived by: her children, Phillip Herne (Lila) of Florida, Valerie Mitchell (Larry) of Bombay, Sandra Benedict (Jerome McDonald) of Akwesasne, Maggie Herne of Akwesasne, Vincent Herne (Louise) of Akwesasne, Wade Herne of Akwesasne and Leslie Herne (Kelly) of Akwesasne; her siblings, Margaret Tarbell of Akwesasne and Iokwiratekha Conners (Butch) of Akwesasne; and her sisters-in-law, Marie Casey and Patricia Pitts. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandson.
