She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Benedict and Louise Benedict (Garrow); her husband Bernard "Fishworm" White; her grandchildren, Casey and Baby; her siblings, Ann, Butch, Frankie, Michael Benedict, Elizabeth "Betty" Lazore, Janet Benedict Curleyhead and Roberta Benedict; and her goddaughter Penny Square.
She is survived by: her children, Bernadine "Dina" White, Melvin White, Vanessa White (Jeffery Lazore), Tammy White of Darius, P. L and Ryan White of Akwesasne; her grandchildren, BJ, Sara, Louise, Brandon, Anthony, Wesley, Garrett, Jason, Kwas, Ienti, Karah, Jake, Krissy, Keisha, Keely, Trinity, Shayleen, Dillon, Sierra, Dallas and River; her siblings, Kathryn Square, Joan Phillips (Joe), Lucy Beaubien (Gordon), John of Akwesasne and Joseph Benedict of Akwesasne; her godmother Mary David of Akwesasne; and her godchildren, Mike Benedict, Jr., Jody Benedict and Jose. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
