It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lori Ann Phillips of Akwesasne, New York, born in Cornwall, New York, who passed away on March 16, 2021, at the age of 44, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Leslie Phillips; and her grandparents, Thomas, Theresa Thompson, Abraham and Susan Phillips.
She is survived by: her mother Florence Phillips (Thompson); her children, River, Meadow, Sky and Forest; her siblings, Heather Phillips (Darcy Day) and Thomas Phillips (April); her nieces and nephews, Jordan, Taylor, Kaylynn, Andi, Coree, Krysta, Joey, Avy and Jeffery; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Eli, Bryce, Grayson, Liv and Darcie; her godparents, Kenny and Mamie David; and her close friends, Cheavee, Tammy and Laura.
Funeral services will be held privately. Please note that visitation will be occupancy controlled with those attending required to observe social distancing and wear face coverings.
