She is survived by: her aunt Molly Perry; her children, Carol, Glenn Lazore of Akwesasne, Levi Frazier, Jr. of Nixon, Nevada and Mary Ann Frazier of Wadsworth, Nevada; and her grandchildren, John, Marie, Michaelee, Kathy, Roxanne and Gordon, II. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
