With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dooley Timothy Paul Thompson (Akwesasne, New York), who passed away on December 16, 2024 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Thompson and Mary Benedict; and his brothers, Dennis Thompson and John Thompson. He is survived by: his child Christie Boots (Arnold Printup); his grandchildren, Shelby and Max Lajoie; his siblings, Leona Thompson-David (Michael), Lynn Lafrance (late George), Gerald Thompson (Lori) and Ronald Thompson; his godchildren, Mary Lafrance and Tanner Lafrance; his children, Shaylin Thompson and Taylor Adeline; and his sibling Cam Goodman.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM and on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Homemaker Centre (1126 River Rd, Akwesasne Reserve No. 15, QC H0M1A1). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 12:00 PM at the St. Regis Mission Catholic Church (597 NY-37, Akwesasne, NY 13655).
