He is survived by: his wife Jolene Jackson; his children, Jarrad Jackson (Carlie LaFrance) of Akwesasne, Jheri Lauren White of Akwesasne and Thomas J. White of Akwesasne; his mother Barbara LaFave; his stepfather Dwight LaFave; his sister Lynn White (Brent) of Cornwall; his parents-in-law, Johanne, Jerry Jackson, John, Jerrald (Natale), Jason (Danielle George) and Janell (Wesley Arquette); his sister-in-law Kelly Jackson of Akwesasne; his pet Roxy; and his nieces and nephews, Jayven, Jack, Weston, Elley Jo, Kori, Johnny, Dreyden and Addison.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his memory to the Akwesasne Boys and Girls Club.
