He is survived by: his children, Michael Garrow and Carrie Garrow; his grandchildren, Breanne Caldwell (Jordan), Marcus Garrow, Christopher Garrow-Grant, Craig Garrow, Rebekah Garrow and Maxwell Garrow; his great grandchildren, Emma, Elora and Esme Caldwell-Eamon; and his siblings, Tom Garrow (Frankie), Martha Cook (Billy), Dan Garrow (Kim), Dwight Garrow (Sue), Sarah Brown and Rachelle Garrow-Hayes (Tim). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Donaldson Funeral Home (100 N Main St, Massena, NY 13662). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and at 2:00 PM.
