He was predeceased by: his parents, John Jr. Bigtree and Catherine Bigtree (Garrow). He is survived by: his wife Caroline M. Laughing; his children, Juanita, William Arquette of Massena, Guinevere Frost of Hogansburg, Nicole and Graden "Duffy" Palmer; his grandchildren, Theodore, Taylor, Joseph, Angelina, Rachel, Jeffrey, Matthew and Savannah; his great grandchildren, Ayanna, Taya, Bella, James, Drystan, Trinity, Markee, Cailyn, Hunter, Julia, Jeffrey Jr. and Jasmine; and his siblings, Mary, Raymond Cooke of Akwesasne, Lou Ann Paquin of Akwesasne, Frances, Rinaldo Charles of Escandido, California, Larry M. of Akwesasne, Joseph of Akwesasne, Roberta Bigtree of Akwesasne, Patrick of Akwesasne, Norman of Akwesasne, Charles Bigtree of Akwesasne and Robert Bigtree of Morristown. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, those wishing may consider donations in his memory to the Akwesasne Mohawk Ambulance Service, who the family kindly thanks for all they have done to assist Randy in the recent months.
