We are sad to announce that on January 1, 2021, at the age of 92, Walter Best (Akron, New York), born in Batavia, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Best and Besie Best (Myers); and his wife Mary E. Best (Tinney). He is survived by: his children, Michael Best (Rosanne), Charles Best (Claudia), Deborah Tauscher (Kevin) and Cindy Weaver (Jon); and his grandchildren, Scott, Holly, Jason, Mark, Michelle, Heather and Kyle. He is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Donations may be made in Butch's memory to Buffalo Hospice, 225 Como Park Blvd., Buffalo, NY 14227.
