He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Schumacher and Arline Staebell Schumacher; his daughter Darlene Blakeslee; and his sister Marie Schumacher. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Lederhouse Schumacher of Akron; his children, Wayne Schumacher (Cheri) of Akron, Pebbles Hess (Michael) of North Carolina, Paul Schumacher (Michelle) of Florida, Katherine Turner (Charles) of Alden, Andrea Dawydko (Ron) of Akron and Angela Earle (William) of Akron; his siblings, Francis Schumacher (Norma) of Akron, John Schumacher (Karen) of Akron, Teresa Warner (Richard) of Akron, Joseph Schumacher (Cheryl) of Cheektowaga and Anthony Schumacher (Mary Jo) of Akron; and his son-in-law Brian Blakeslee. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
